Simply fill out the contact form on the Contact page with your session type and preferred date. I'll respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and send over a booking agreement along with your invoice.

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This retainer is applied to your total package price. The remaining balance is due one week before your session or wedding day.

Yes! For wedding packages, I offer flexible payment plans so you can spread the cost over several months leading up to your date. Just mention this when you enquire and we'll work out what suits you best.

For weddings, I recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May–October). Portrait sessions can often be booked 4–6 weeks ahead, though I do take last-minute bookings when my schedule allows.

I send every client a detailed style guide upon booking. In general, I recommend neutral tones, timeless pieces, and avoiding heavy logos. Most importantly — wear something you feel amazing in. Confidence comes through in every frame.

I love shooting in locations that are meaningful to you — your favourite park, a place from your first date, or your own home. I'm also happy to suggest beautiful spots in Colorado. All that matters is that you feel comfortable and connected to the space.

If severe weather threatens your session we'll reschedule at no cost. Light rain and overcast skies actually make for beautiful, even light — so I'll always encourage us to shoot unless it's genuinely unsafe or uncomfortable.

Almost everyone says this before their session and almost everyone is amazed by their images afterwards! My entire approach is about helping you relax, move naturally, and forget about the camera. I'll guide you gently the whole way through.

Portrait sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. Rush delivery is available as an add-on for an additional fee.

All images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery through Pixieset. You can download full-resolution files, share the link with family, and order prints directly from the gallery.

Your gallery is available for download for one year from the delivery date. I strongly recommend downloading your images and backing them up in multiple places as soon as you receive them.

Absolutely. A full print release is included with every session. You are welcome to print your images through any lab of your choice. I also offer professional fine art prints and heirloom albums through my studio — these make wonderful gifts!
